Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at RahimHossain LLC.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags or seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used — including opened perfumes and fragrances, and personal-care or baby items where the seal has been broken. These are only eligible for return if they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to start a return

Email us at Contact@rahimhossainllc.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, along with the reason. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order. If you’d prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll help where possible, subject to availability.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any shipping costs — at no extra charge to you. See our Shipping Policy for delivery and damage details.

Non-returnable items

The following generally cannot be returned: opened fragrances and personal-care products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty.
