Shipping Policy

At RahimHossain LLC, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days — and most are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your destination, the carrier, and circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. You can also check your order status at any time from My Account › Orders.
Where we ship
We ship to all destinations available at checkout. If your country or region isn’t shown as an option, please contact us — we may still be able to help.
Delays
Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to high order volumes, weather, customs, or carrier issues. We’ll do our best to keep you informed. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we’ll look into it right away.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, in the case of damage).
