Orders & shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (1–2 business days). After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and expedited 2–3 business days where available. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — you get free standard shipping on all orders over $200. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime under My Account › Orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all destinations available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us — we may still be able to help.

Returns & refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.

Are opened perfumes or baby items returnable?

For health and hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and sealed personal-care or baby items can’t be returned once opened — unless they arrive faulty or damaged, in which case we’ll make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit encryption.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Checkout is protected with 256-bit encryption and payments are handled by trusted providers — we never store your full card details.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder your favourites.
